rings flat to allow a thicker material to be used, while solving the problem of
"coning" and tyre centralisation.
We designed a new beadlock
kit that solves these issues, and then beefed it up for the hardest offroad
Using 6mm 350mpa steel inner
and outer rings, a 2 piece HDPE (High Desnity Poly Ethylene) spacer ring to
provide the right amount of crush onto the tyre bead to prevent the outer ring
from "coning" excessively,while centering the tyre on the rim to improve
We went for M10 bolts over
the popular M8 to give increased strength and allow the use of a larger Allen
key driver to make installation easier.
We also include a 2 piece
reinforcing ring that is installed in the back of the rim to strengthen the back
bead from bending and damage.
