Manufactured in the U.S. using only high-strength 300m materials, RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axle set simply replaces your weak Nissan Patrol Y60's axle shafts with a new high-strength design.
The factory axles were designed with 31 splines at the differential, and neck down to 27 Spline at the CV creating a common failure point.
This axle set upgrades the weak 27 splines at the CV to a 300M 30 spline race eliminating the need to neck down the shaft.
Tests prove Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM shafts, and they're just as tough at a straight angle as they are at extreme angles.

RCV warranties mechanical failure of the product for the duration of ownership by the original purchaser.

“Mechanical failure” is defined as failure of a component function while operating under design constraints.

All claims are subject to review and acceptance by RCV Performance Product ™ in its sole discretion.

All transport costs for warranties to be covered by the purchaser.

Warranty does not cover:

• Intentional or willful destruction of product
• Worn items including internal cv joint parts,race, balls etc
• Twisted splines/bars
• Boots   
• Stripped Threads
• Modification of the product
• Failure from improper installation
• Failure from other than intended use

Supplied with Axle Kit – D7943 Trust Block for RD136 Lockers

This optional ARB Locker Spacer is designed for use with RD136 ARB Lockers and is included in this axle kit. It functions as a trust block, helping to prevent the axle from floating inward under extreme conditions and providing additional safety in the event of axle retaining clip failure.

D7943 Fitment Information:

• Trimming of one axle end may be required, depending on gear ratio and locker configuration.
• Identification of which axle requires trimming will become clear during spindle installation.
• Typically, approximately 5mm may need to be trimmed from the axle spline on one side only.
• Trimming can be safely achieved using an angle grinder with a thin cutting disc.
• This modification does not affect axle strength and does not void the RCV warranty
• The ARB locker centre must be disassembled to install the spacer.
• Spacer installation cannot be completed while the locker centre is installed in the vehicle.
