500,000 KM Green Coolant Concentrate is a Type A anti-freeze/anti-boil coolant that is free from silicate, phosphate and amine. It is safe for use in all types of light and heavy duty vehicles.

It uses a technically advanced HYBRID (HOAT – Hybrid Organic Acid Technology) inhibitor formulation to provide stable, long-life protection against rust, corrosion, cavitation and degradation of the cooling system. It is available in both concentrate and premix forms.

Application

500,000 KM Green Coolant is suitable for passenger cars, 4WDs, motorcycles, light and heavy duty commercial vehicles, construction equipment and agricultural equipment. It can be used in Australian, European, Asian and US vehicles that specify a Hybrid (HOAT) type anti-freeze/anti-boil coolant.

It is suitable for cooling systems in petrol, LPG, light and heavy duty diesel and industrial engines where Type A anti-freeze/anti-boil and anti-corrosion properties are required.

It provides long-term protection against rust and corrosion for all materials used in the engine and cooling system. It protects cast iron, aluminium, copper and solder alloys, as well as hoses, seals and plastics.

500,000 KM Green Coolant is effective in cast iron and aluminium engines operating under load or in extreme hot and cold climates.

It may be used in vehicles that use green, blue or yellow coloured initial-fill coolants and is also ideal for motorcycles.

500,000 KM Green Coolant should be used at a concentration level between 33% and 50%. Penrite recommends using Penrite De-Mineralised Water when mixing. The phosphate-free formulation also allows it to be mixed with normal tap water if necessary.

Coolant Flushing

Penrite recommends flushing the cooling system prior to a complete service refill. Penrite Radiator Flush effectively cleans the system in 7 minutes and prepares the cooling system for new coolant.

De-Mineralised Water

When mixing coolant, Penrite recommends mixing at the manufacturer's recommended concentration levels with Penrite De-Mineralised Water.
