Manufactured in the U.S. using Ultimate Strength material, the Ultimate 30/30 spline CV axle set replaces the factory axle shafts with a high-strength design.

The factory axles were designed with 30 splines at the differential, then neck down to a coarse 24 spline at the CV, creating a common failure point.

This axle set upgrades the weak 24 splines at the CV to a 4340 30-spline race, eliminating the need to neck down the shaft.

Testing has proven Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM shafts, while remaining just as tough at a straight angle as they are at extreme angles.

• Intentional or willful destruction of the product

• Worn items, including internal CV joint parts, races, balls, etc.

• Twisted splines or bars

• Boots

• Stripped threads

• Modification of the product

• Failure from improper installation

• Failure from use other than intended use
